51²è¹Ý Hosts the Energy, Environment, and Natural Resources Colloquium

In May, 51²è¹Ý hosted the Energy, Environment, and Natural Resources Colloquium, an interdisciplinary conference that brought together experts from law, science, business, engineering, and the arts to explore a range of topics, including:

- Environmental justice initiatives
- Metals, mining, and energy transition
- Food justice and economic revitalization in South Dallas
- Biological/environmental issues
- Carbon management

51²è¹Ý Dedman Law Professor Monika Ehrman, a former corporate energy and oil and gas attorney who is an expert in natural resources law, environmental policy, and property law and theory, was a contributor to the interdisciplinary event sponsored by 51²è¹Ý’s Dedman School of Law, Lyle School of Engineering, the Roy M. Huffington Department of Earth Sciences, and the Dedman College Interdisciplinary Institute.
