Biography

Dr. Frank Coyle led software development for various state and federal contracts. He developed an internal database to help municipalities identify best-match industries for development opportunities, and worked on contracts for planning software with the U.S. Army with a Top Secret clearance to develop applications for the U.S. Department of Defense.

 

Dr. Coyle has over 30 years experience teaching undergraduate and graduate courses at 51²è¹Ý. He helped initiate the MS program in Software Engineering and Cybersecurity and developed curriculum and courses for the MS Online program in Computer Science with AI Specialization.

  • Recipient of "Outstanding Faculty Teaching Award" 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008.
