Led by a Board of over two hundred influential and highly-engaged real estate leaders and eleven Corporate Partners from across the U.S., the Folsom Institute has propelled 51²è¹Ý Cox students into successful real estate careers for almost forty years.
The Robert and Margaret Folsom Institute for Real Estate is a research center dedicated to preparing the next generation of real estate leaders. In addition to its large and highly-engaged Board and Corporate Partners, the Institute provides scholarships, internships, mentor events, speaker series, industry treks, case study competitions, technical training in industry software, and job placement support.
