Our MS in Real Estate, whose first cohort began in Fall 2024, offers recent graduates the expertise, experiential learning, and hands-on curriculum to begin their career journey in the Dallas-Fort Worth market.

The program offers the most comprehensive learning experience in North Texas, integrating rigorous training in finance, analysis and strategy in addition to experiential coursework in real estate development, hands-on learning through industry treks and site visits, extensive technical training in Argus and Tableau, and enlisting the know-how of leading real estate professionals across the industry to offer insights and mentorship.

Courses are taught by faculty ranked #15th globally for quality by The Economist, representing a rich mix of forward-thinking researchers and industry practitioners who keenly understand the skills, technical expertise, business acumen and vision required to succeed in dynamic market environments.

The Robert and Margaret Folsom Institute for Real Estate is a research center dedicated to preparing the next generation of real estate leaders. In addition to its large and highly-engaged Board and Corporate Partners, the Institute provides scholarships, internships, mentor events, speaker series, industry treks, case study competitions, technical training in industry software, and job placement support.
