Real Estate
The Real Estate major combines the study of finance and real estate to develop special competency in structuring real estate transactions, real estate valuation techniques and an in-depth understanding of the capital markets. Recent graduates have chosen careers in brokerage, capital markets, development, investment management, commercial lending and real estate valuation.

BBA Specialization
51²è¹Ý Cox students who are declared business majors in subject areas beyond real estate may choose to add a specialization in real estate by completing the four (4) core real estate courses.
