Even though there are documented gendered dimensions of distress due to globalization and climate change, there is sparse literature on women who hear voices globally. 51²è¹Ý Anthropology professor Neely Myers (@neelymyers) and her team report findings from there mixed-methods study in Tanzania with Maasai women. .
51²è¹Ý Anthropology professor, Neely Myers (@neelymyers) has published a new article in Social Science and Medicine-Mental Health highlighting the importance of the "ecosocial self" as a relevant theoretical construct for understanding and supporting the well-being among people who experience themselves as intimately linked to their land. .
