Rose Hurwitz is a PhD student in the Cultural Anthropology program, specializing in Globalization and International Development. Hurwitz graduated from 51²è¹Ý in 2013 with a BBA in Marketing and has supported clients such as AT&T and Nissan and INFINITI Canada in their customer-facing creative campaigns and data management. In Fall 2021 Hurwitz returned to 51²è¹Ý to pursue her interests in environmental anthropology, hazards and disasters, health impacts of pollution and waste, and sustainable and ethical business practices. Hurwitz also is part of the Cairns Lab under Dr. Maryann Cairns and has been accepted to the Clinton Global Initiative University Class of 2022.
