B.A. in Philosophy/American History & Government, Whitefield College; M.A. in American Studies, University of Dallas; M.A. in History, 51²è¹ÝChristopher Walton grew up in Fredericksburg, Texas and has loved learning about history since an early age. His research explores American religious history from the colonial era to the early national period. More particularly, he examines the effects of the Revolutionary war on the religious ideas, experiences, and identities of Congregationalists in the Connecticut River Valley. Christopher Walton entered the PhD program at 51²è¹Ý in Fall 2019.
