Betty McKnight Speairs Endowed Teaching Excellence Award in Mathematics
The Betty McKnight Speairs Endowed Teaching Excellence Award in Mathematics was established in 1998, to provide one or more awards to recognize a faculty member or members who has or have demonstrated excellence in teaching, helping and assisting first-year and sophomore students in the field of mathematics outside the classroom.
