Deification through the Cross Conference at The University of Notre Dame
GPRS students Marie Schrampfer, Matthew Neumann, and Sylvester Tan recently traveled to South Bend, Indiana to attend the Deification through the Cross Conference at the University of Notre Dame. At the conference, theologians from various Christian denominations explored the Christian concept of salvation from their their respective areas of specialization while also engaging with Khaled Anatolios's recent work, Deification through the Cross: An Eastern Christian Theology of Salvation. (Eerdmans, 2020)
International Round Table Symposium at Harris Manchester College at The University of Oxford
GPRS student Mark C. Grafenreed traveled to Oxford, England to present a paper entitled, "The 4Ds of Blackness: Levitical Leprosy and COVID-19," at the International Round Table Symposium at the University of Oxford. At the conference, scholars and theologians from around the world explored Religion in History during the week long symposium.
Hispanic Theological Initiative Professional Development Conference at Princeton Theological Seminary
GPRS students José Saldana, Chance Juliano, Natalie Readnour, and Fernando Berwig Silva participated in the 2024 HTI Professional Development Conference at Princeton Theological Seminary in Princeton, New Jersey.
