William Yosses

William (Bill) Yosses worked as the White House Executive Pastry Chef from 2007-2014. In this role, Yosses maintained responsibility not only for feeding the first family, but also for planning for major White House events, including official state visits. He left the White House in 2014 to focus on new projects related to food literacy and education. He is co-author of Desserts for Dummies and owns the pastry company Perfect Pies.
