Not every case goes to trial! Practice your skills in alternative dispute resolution or transactional law to advance your skills outside the courtroom. Typically, 51²è¹Ý sends students to the following competitions: ABA Arbitration, ABA Negotiations, a transactional law invitational each semester, and, typically, Baylor's The Closer competition.

51²è¹Ý is thrilled to host the regional rounds for both ABA Negotiations and ABA Arbitration. The Negotiations Regionals will take place at 51²è¹Ý Dedman School of Law October 25-26, 2024 and Arbitration Regionals will be held virtually, November 7-8, 2024. Good luck to all teams!
