The Hart Center for Engineering Leadership is led by Executive Director Dr. Ben Zoghi, who also serves at 51²è¹Ý Lyle School of Engineering as Associate Dean, Advanced Studies and Industrial Relationships, Bobby B. Lyle Endowed Professor of Engineering Innovation, Clinical Professor of Electrical and Computer Engineering.

Dr. Zoghi previously spent 37 years at Texas A&M College of Engineering, where he secured over $15M in grants, authored 9 books and book-chapters and has over 125 peer-reviewed conference and journal papers. He is a recognized leadership expert and also holds a courtesy faculty fellowship appointment with the Los Alamos National Laboratory.

Hart Center for Engineering Leadership staff also include Brianna Lowry and Juliene Ellis.
