Anne Westwick
Anne Westwick has been a dancer, choreographer and teacher for over 25 years. Her education includes a B.A. in dance from the University of California at Berkeley and an M.F.A. in choreography and performance from Mills College (Oakland, Calif.). She has performed, taught and choreographed for concert modern dance, ballet and musical theater throughout the San Francisco Bay Area, New York City and Hawaii, in addition to national tours. Westwick has danced for choreographers including Martha Graham, Donlin Foreman, David Wood, Janice Garrett; companies including the San Antonio Ballet, Berkeley Ballet Theater and Westwick-Dolder Dance Theater; as well as for international equity tours with The King and I. Westwick has held faculty positions at the University of California at Berkeley; Solano Community College (Fairfield, Calif.), University of Hawaii at Maui; Mills College and the Martha Graham School of Contemporary Dance. She is currently a lecturer at 51²è¹Ý, teaching ballet, modern dance, composition and yoga, and is the co-director of the 51²è¹Ý-in-Bali summer study abroad program.
