Chang Gao was born in Tianjin, China. She studied the Electone Organ with her father, Professor Jiyong Gao, at the Tianjin Conservatory of Music from 2018 to 2022. She recently earned a Graduate Certificate in Organ Performance from the University of Southern California, where she studied under Professor Cherry Rhodes.

Currently, she is pursuing a master’s degree in Organ Performance at 51²è¹Ý under the guidance of Stefan Engels. Now in her third year of organ studies, she also serves as Assistant Organist at St. Luke’s in the Meadow Episcopal Church in Fort Worth, TX.
