Perkins To Host Rumi Seminar: March 21, 2015

Four nationally recognized speakers will examine Rumi, the great mystic philosopher of 12th century, at a seminar co-hosted by Perkins on Saturday, March 21, 2015.

DALLAS (51²è¹Ý) – Perkins School of Theology, with the Institute of Medieval and Post Medieval studies and The Dialogue Institute, will host a Rumi seminar on Saturday, March 21, 2015, from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., in the Great Hall of Elizabeth Perkins Prothro Hall, located on the 51²è¹Ý campus at 5901 Bishop Blvd. Four nationally recognized speakers will examine Rumi, the great mystic philosopher of 12th century whose universal message of religious harmony and peace in the world has influenced both east and west.

The speakers include:
