Stev’anne Horton serves as the Manager of Executive Administration and Executive Assistant to Dean Stephanie L. Knight at the Simmons School of Education and Human Development. In this role, she coordinates and supports all Simmons School operations and events, ensuring the seamless execution of school activities and responsibilities. Prior to her position at 51²è¹Ý, she was the Operations Manager for a private preschool in Houston, Texas, where she honed her skills in educational administration. With over 16 years of experience in the academic setting and a strong foundation in Texas curriculum and instruction, she effectively blends business insight with educational experience to create a thriving environment. Stev’anne holds an MBA in Management, an M.Ed. in Educational Leadership and Administration, and a BS in Kinesiology from The University of Texas, equipping her with the expertise to drive the mission of the Simmons School forward.
