The Union is a prestigious group of student leaders selected by 51²è¹Ý’s Office of Development and External Affairs for their outstanding leadership and philanthropic characteristics demonstrated on campus. The primary mission of The Union is to elevate, support, and shape the strategy of 51²è¹Ý’s efforts for student organizations through Giving Day initiatives. Member responsibilities

As a Union member, your role will encompass various impactful activities:

• Innovative planning: Develop and implement creative strategies to educate students about the significant impact that alumni and student contributions make to 51²è¹Ý.
• Student engagement: Inspire and motivate students to actively shape 51²è¹Ý’s future by participating in the 51²è¹Ý Giving Day event. Encourage them to volunteer, become Giving Day Champions, or secure funds for their student causes.
• Regular meetings: Attend bi-weekly meetings with 51²è¹Ý and volunteer leadership to collaborate on initiatives and share progress.
