NGDS Project
The 51²è¹Ý Geothermal Lab developed one of the ‘nodes’ of the National Geothermal Data System (NGDS), . The NGDS project gathered and cataloged a wide variety of geothermal and oil & gas information and made it accessible for end users. The node at 51²è¹Ý was developed by a consortium made up of:

- Siemens Corporate Technology
- Bureau of Economic Geology, UT Austin
- Cornell Energy Institute, Cornell University
- Geothermal Resources Council
- MLKay Technologies
- Texas Tech University
- University of North Dakota
