ASLPI examinations are offered, by appointment only, on campus with a live proctor in the Department of World Languages and Literatures (Clements Hall). In order to schedule an ASLPI examination, follow these steps:
1. Pay the $165 exam fee online
2. Send a copy of your receipt by email to Prof. Tiffany McCray, who will submit your contact information to the testing service, after which you will receive an official ASLPI Registration Form. Once the forms have been received, you will be provided with the calendar of testing availability and can select the times that will work with your schedule.
3. You will receive confirmation of the date, time, and location of the exam as soon as it has been scheduled.
Please note that students are not permitted to take the ASLPI exam on their own if they plan to use the results to fulfill the Second Language Requirement.
