At 51²è¹Ý, Summer Forge is the academic success support program that can help you regroup, refocus, and forge ahead in your academic journey. Rediscover your confidence this summer with a tailored support program. Whether you're struggling to adjust to college life, feeling unsure about study habits or time management, or simply want to explore your academic options, Summer Forge is here for you.

With Summer Forge, you'll join a community of like-minded students who are all striving for academic success. You'll learn from each other's experiences, as well as from the program's experienced coaches and mentors. Together, you'll develop the skills and strategies you need to excel in your studies and achieve your goals.

Eligibility

Students must:

  • Receive an invitation to the Summer Forge program
  • Have been admitted to 51²è¹Ý as a first-year student  
  • Have a GPA of 1.9 or above 
  • Enroll in and commit to completing the following fall semester at 51²è¹Ý, unless the student is graduating in the summer

Benefits

  • Funding for up to 8 credits of summer tuition (Summer I and/or II) for first-year students and up to 16 credits for seniors to graduate within the four-year timeframe
