Statistics

The Common Data Set is a standard reporting tool used by colleges and universities. It was created so that standard definitions and terms could be used in reporting like information by higher education institutions. It is the Common Data Set that is used for much of the guidebook reporting, thus, the numbers you see in these reports will likely be put into print by U.S. News, Peterson's, Barron's, the Fiske Guide and other purveyors of information on universities and colleges.
