Institute for Leadership Impact leaders have worked with an international cohort of researchers, academics, physicians, and designers to develop the Virtual Reality Surgery Simulator (VRSS), a low-cost tool designed to accelerate the surgical training process in low-income countries. You can learn more about the project on the website.
