The Yellow Ribbon Program

51²è¹Ý proudly supports our armed forces members, veterans and their families. As a participant in the Yellow Ribbon Program, 51²è¹Ý guarantees a 100% tuition benefit for undergraduate degree-seeking veterans and their dependents who are eligible under the Post 9/11 GI Bill® for the duration of their entitlement. 51²è¹Ý’s graduate programs provide different levels of funding and may have restrictions on the number of students per program.

Returning to 51²è¹Ý after being called to service

If you were called to active-duty service and left 51²è¹Ý in good academic standing, your file will remain active for one year. While you may register in continuous enrollment at the University, all holds must be cleared prior to enrollment.

If your service period lasted longer than two regular terms (fall, spring), you are required to apply for reactivation. 

When you are ready to return to 51²è¹Ý, please notify the appropriate University departments as soon as possible. This helps to ensure timely processing of enrollment, financial aid, housing and other documents.
