Beneficiary Designations

It is very important that you designate one or more beneficiaries for your Basic Group Life Insurance, which is provided by 51²è¹Ý.  If you decide to enroll in Supplemental Group Life and or Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) insurance, you must also designate beneficiaries for those insurances.

You will complete your designations via .   You will need the Company Key: standardbendes. 

  • Please note that it will take approximately two weeks from your hire date before The Standard receives your eligibility information from 51²è¹Ý and establishes a record for you to complete your beneficiary designations.

Employee Statement

Every employee is required to submit a signed copy of the Employee Statement during their first week of employment. Your signature will indicate that you have been provided with information regarding 51²è¹Ý's policies and procedures.
