First Day of Employment:

The following were provided to you in your "Welcome to 51²è¹Ý" email and should be submitted to Human Resources on your first day of employment:

  • Total Compensation Package (please refer to your Welcome to 51²è¹Ý e-mail)
  •  (please use your legal name as it appears on your social security card)

Directions to obtain the following will be provided at HR on your first day:

First Week of Employment:

Required:

  • :  complete the tutorial and submit the online evaluation form
  • Employee Statement:  sign and submit to Human Resources (in person or via campus mail to Box 232)

Within 31 Days of first day of employment:
