Research Interests:
Uroob studies ways to drive chemical processes with light for their real-world applications. She has worked on luminescence bioimaging systems, light-based 3D printing, and organic fluorophore syntheses.
Road to the Moody School:
Before settling in Dallas, Uroob spent her school years in Pakistan, Kenya and Oman, where she was lucky to experience beautiful cultures and diversity. In 2018, Uroob received her undergraduate degrees in chemistry and business management with honors from 51²è¹Ý, where she is now working towards her Ph.D. in chemistry.
