The Women's Leadership Cohort
The Women's Leadership Cohort
The Women's Leadership Cohort is a year-long program that combines both cohort based and individual learning and development and while the focus is on women in leadership, the program is open all gender identities and anyone who would be interested in developing their leadership potential. Those interested are encouraged to by September 19th. Selected participants will be notified by September 23rd.
Elect Her
Elect Her
Elect Her is a national, non-partisan program to encourage and train college women to run for student government and political office. The skills you learn in this workshop will transfer to many leadership opportunities throughout your life, not just student government.

This workshop empowers women to eliminate the pay equity gap by giving you the skills and confidence to successfully negotiate your salary and benefits packages in your job searches. All 51²è¹Ý students are welcome to attend Start Smart Workshops.

The Aurora Celebration is held by the Women and LGBT Center in conjunction with the Women and Gender Studies to celebrate the many accomplishments of our 51²è¹Ý students and honor our graduating seniors.
