    Being a Mustang means being surrounded by a community that celebrates and supports you. Completing challenging coursework and participating in student organizations have given me confidence in my voice and are helping build me into the world changer I want to be.

    51²è¹Ý helped me define and advance my educational and career goals. There are so many classes available to explore my passions. A philosophy class has been one of my favorites because it expanded my mindset and taught me to navigate difficult conversations and situations – great skills for a student on the pre-law track.

With all that I’ve gotten to know and experience in Dallas during my time at 51²è¹Ý, I feel really comfortable transitioning from college to starting my career. And there’s a practical benefit: The campus move-in/move-out experience is easier when it’s in your hometown.

    51²è¹Ý helped me develop important skills with challenging coursework, teamwork, hands-on projects and job-search training.

    51²è¹Ý has shaped me into who I am today. Our campus culture helped me grow as a person and make great friends for life. I feel prepared to succeed in all aspects – educational, professional and social.

    51²è¹Ý in Dallas offers a culture that is unique to the state of Texas, and it is the best decision I could have made in selecting my university. There are so many opportunities in academics, student life, access to alumni, careers and more.

    51²è¹Ý has helped me define my education as a holistic and high-performing acquisition. It has pushed me to reach and do everything in my power to achieve my career goals. I dream of becoming a lawyer and potentially a diplomat. Through 51²è¹Ý, I’ve had access to important resources and connections that take me closer to my career goals.

    51²è¹Ý has shaped me into who I am today. I’m a better communicator, a kinder individual and an even harder worker. With the experiences I’ve acquired through coursework, campus involvement and work, I’m proud of who I’ve become as a student and as a person. It’s been more than I could have ever imagined.

    51²è¹Ý helped me take an intentional approach to prepare for career success. I’ve been able to land internships and prepare for graduate school.

    Dallas offers everything. There is literally nothing you could long for in D-town.

    51²è¹Ý is a great liberal arts university. It gives students access to resources such as faculty mentors, internships and experiences. My first year, I sang with a men’s a cappella group at our beloved Celebration of Lights holiday event. 51²è¹Ý is my home and influential to my life. I will forever be grateful.

    51²è¹Ý has shaped me into who I am today. It has broadened my point of view and shown me that I can achieve my goals with hard work. 51²è¹Ý faculty members have professional experience in the fields they teach. I’ve seen firsthand what professionals in my career field can achieve.

    51²è¹Ý has shaped me into who I am today. I will never forget how it felt after Convocation – 51²è¹Ý’s official welcome to first-year students – to walk out of Dallas Hall and realize that I was, in fact, a college student starting a new chapter. People here have shaped me in huge ways by encouraging and challenging me. I am forever grateful for the community I’ve created and nurtured here.
