Opt Out of Hard Mailings from 51²è¹Ý via my.51²è¹Ý

51²è¹Ý Faculty and Staff have the option to change their preferences in my.51²è¹Ý to opt out of receiving promotional brochures, flyers, invitations and other printed mail from campus departments.  

Log into  and under the "Announcements” section look for “Opt Out of Campus Hard Mailings”  Follow the "Click here" link, check the box to opt out and click “Save”. Once you hit “Save”.

Faculty and staff who "opt out" will continue to receive printed mail that is considered mandatory for all 51²è¹Ý employees. This would include notices from Human Resources about benefits, policy updates from Risk Management, etc.  Please note that 51²è¹Ý cannot control mail sent by non-51²è¹Ý entities to campus mailing boxes.
